☹️☹️☹️☹️. Had a very bad experience here. I went there to eat with my family but the staff there was very rude especially a staff member named nicole. Since it was my first time eating at Dairy Queen, I didn't know the menu too well. When I asked nicole questions about the menu she was not very helpful her tone was very rude and just wanted us to hurry up and make the decision so she can take other people's orders too. This location is good! Good atmosphere! The staffs are so kind and friendly, I don’t know why they keep on saying bad things to the people who are in there, we should understand that they’re trying their best to serve us! We should not judge the person! Don’t you think that person is going through while working and she/he is trying the best she/he can just to serve the food you ordered? Life is too short to make some unnecessary and you should always be happy!
I visited this Dairy Queen location recently, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The dining area appeared unkempt, and it was evident that regular maintenance was not a priority. What really stood out was the conduct of the server, Nicole.
