Great ice cream, horrible customer service.
I don't know what's going here but the customer service is so bad it's almost hysterical.
I live nearby and I love coming here. The service is always friendly, the Blizzards are the best, and the cheese curds are amazing. I always ask for them extra crispy and they are so nice about it.
