Based on the recent reviews I’m sure this is no shock but it may be the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, the guy working the drive through clearly hates his job or customers and just seems flat out annoyed to have to be talking to people. Getting our blizzards we had ordered they weren’t even properly mixed, our mint blizzard still had the crème de menthe all over the cup as a former employee years ago it’s abysmal. These employees are incompetent & disrespectful. They don't pay attention enough to the takeout orders. They are rude to the delivery drivers. They couldn't give me a simple estimate on how long the order was going to take. I've never been at a restaurant that wasn't able to provide an estimate on how long the order would take. The order was already done. They were just standing around acting rude. I'm not coming back here.
