Staff is very rude . I ordered an ice-cream around 11:30 yesterday 23 September ,2025 on Tuesday. I hate to use drive through of this dairy queen because of that a girl who showed rudeness without any reason. I just asked her that i am reading the menu to select and she started behaving mad. I think thats is not the way a big brand like DQ works.
I ordered a basket fries and large onion rings through uber. I got a chicken as you can see the picture. It was a terrible experience. When I call the store, the guy said they mistakenly swap my order and ask me re-order and call uber to get refund. Also, got regular size for onion rings. Like who does that???????? Terrible terrible terrible experience!!!!!!!. Please properly train your folks, dairy queen!!!!!!!!
