I have been coming to this location for the past year and a half. For the most part the quality of the food remained excellent for a fast food spot. In the past month however, I have had experiences that are the complete opposite of the type of food the store used to have. The grilled chicken in the wraps is noticeably stale, even burnt on multiple occasions within the last couple weeks. The fries are saltier probably because of a change in preparations. Had an amazing experience today at this location. Dev was extremely pleasant and ensured that we were getting the best deal for our ice cream as well as provided us with coupons for our next visit. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for us. Look forward to visiting this location once again!
My daughter was so excited to go get a blizzard this evening because last time they didn't flip her blizzard. The worker wrote free blizzard in pen on the otherside of a coupon that said free small sundae. They wouldn't honour it so she had to pay for her blizzard. They even gave her the wrong blizzard... so annoyed! I wasn't there to advocate for her. Smh
Food was delicious but they did take rough 20-30 mins to serve and the atmosphere was good but could have been better.. I give it roughly 4 stars would go there again!
