Been to many DQ's throughout North America and this is the best without a doubt. After we take our dog to dog park we always stop here for our daily Choc Dipped ice cream cone. So very friendly people and great service with a seniors discount. All DQ's should use them as their model!!
Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered at 8:00pm, time on receipt says 8:16pm. Delivered at 9:50 pm. Watched the dasher wait there for 45 minutes for said order. Order got to me almost 2 hours late and an hour after the said delivery time! Ice cream melted and burger ice cold. Not even edible.
The Assistant manager at this establishment has the patience of a saint. I witnessed an encounter with a belligerent, entitled customer. He remained professional and courteous even as she was telling him to shut up. Then she was running around with her phone snapping pictures of the employees saying that she was going to call the CEO. Something about her hot dog made her unhappy 😭
Fast food restaurant
Consistently bad. Poorly ventilated. Hot on the hotter days. I feel bad for the employees who have to breathe that smoke all day long. Might be ok for a drive through, but I usually bring my kids to dine-in for food and ice cream.. and we have to change our clothes when we get home as that smell permeates everything. If you come there and more than a few people are in line.. well last time we just left after waiting for 10 minutes.
