Ordered the fall special blizzard, caramel toffee cookie crunch, from here via door dash. It was so NOT what was stated in the description!!! If the description would have said it had Heath bar pieces in it I would NOT have gotten it because Heath bars are nasty!! Extremely disappointed in this location and they're making substitutes without letting people know! YUCK. Will ensure I never order from here again!
This is now the second health code violation that I have seen at this specific location and honestly, I'm probably not gonna be coming back anytime soon. The last one was when there was an argument between a manager, and one of the employees that was refusing to wash their hands after having gone to the bathroom several customers noticed it and reported it to the manager and complained about it. During my last visit I had the worst costumer service. The man at the counter was extremely rude. I have Tourette’s and sometimes I cough. The person commented on my cough multiple times. I will never go back.
