Slowest service ever! Food was ok for the price. Extremely busy and not enough staff. The staff that was there was extremely slow.
the customer service here has gone downhill significantly. my friend and i were being rushed by the guy at the register while trying to decide what we wanted. since we weren’t sure yet, we did not even get close to the counter to order. once we decided i asked if i could use a coupon in the app and the employee rudely said “yes, what do you want” in a quiet, mumbly and short tone. we asked for one of our blizzards to be made with chocolate soft serve and he refused saying it would be “too runny.” this is not the first time w... read more
