Good customer service
Went there tonight and the service was rude and terrible. I even asked for a pup cup and they looked at me if I had 3 heads charged me for a small sundae without a biscuit and got upset when I asked for a lid for both the pup cup and my mom's sundae. Didn't look like any Canadian citizen students worked there either so not going back to that location ever again. Would stay away would not recommend this location. Dundas location 10x better for service and quality.
I was at the restaurant tonight with a visiting friend. She had never been to DQ before so we thought we'd get a treat. We ordered 2 blizzards and the employee was not friendly to us. She seemed annoyed that we took a minute to decide what we wanted and that we paid in cash. She had already set the payment as card. She then put the change on the counter instead of my outstretched hand. When the blizzards were ready she put them on the counter without saying a word.
