Last night was the second time they got my daughters order wrong people its not that hard to read an order "no bun, no tomatoes, extra lettuce, onions, and bacon" like 🤷♀️ yall really need to hire better staff or retrain them to read
I absolutely love Dairy Queen’s blizzards, they are the perfect treat to a hot summer day. But when my fiance and I walked in today for lunch the manager (KiKi) just kept giving us dirty looks. We did NOT feel welcome at all. And then a few years ago the same manager pulled boyfriend to the side and made very rude comments about my weight.. No matter what location she is at I do not feel welcome.
Drive through ordered 1 chocolate shake and one small cup vanilla ice-cream. Wait was about 15 minutes. Shake was completely meltd like chocolate milk. Gave it back the guy at the window and told him I didn't want this and he walked away with it. Went inside to speak to a manager and guess who shows up? Same kid. Said no refund or replacement as I called him a bad name when I drove away. I did and I apologized to him and shook hands but told him he needs more training.
