저희는 가족 모두의 생일과 크리스마스, 발렌타인, 마더스데이, 결혼기념일등의 많은 이벤트로 늘 아이스크림 케이크를 삽니다. 워낙 자주 사다보니 할인쿠폰을 자주 받기도 합니다. 그 외에도 집으로 날라오는 광고지나 학교에서 파는 쿠폰북등 다양한 경로로 할인쿠폰이나 무료쿠폰을 소지하게 되는데 그래서 더 자주 방문하는 이유기도 합니다. 가족 모두가 좋아하는 곳인데 프랜차이즈이므로 당연히 지역마다 스토어 분위기가 다르다는것을 인지합니다. 저희는 오직 월넛그로브점만 방문합니다. 그 이유는 저희가 쿠폰을 사용할때가 많고 식구가 많다보니 어쩔때는 몇개를 동시에 사용하는 경우가 있는데도 언제든 그들은 우리를 친절하게 응대해줍니다. 사실 집에서는 윌로비센터가 훨씬 가깝습니다. 그럼에도 그곳에 가지 않는 이유는 쿠폰을 사용할때마다 귀찮아하거나 싫어하는 기색을 너무 많이 표출하시기 때문입니다. 특히나 바쁠때는 더욱이 그러합니다. 그래서 저희는 오직 월넛그로브점만 방문합니다. 써주시는 글씨체도 너무 예쁩니다. 모든것이 완벽한 곳❤️

Ordered two Blizzards and a large fries. They gave me the Blizzards first, then I waited about 8-9 minutes before receiving the fries. By that time, both Blizzards had completely melted into liquid at the bottom of my cup holders. To make matters worse, the "LARGE" fries were more like a small because the container was half empty! While I was waiting, several employees in the back appeared to be chatting and laughing with each other instead of focusing on getting the order ready. Went to grab a couple blizzards for my son and I around lunch. It wasn't busy and the guy asked me 3 times what kind I wanted and I repeated oreo each time. I put it in the freezer to firm up. When. We went to eat it later and there was chocolate syrup mix in with and there was a huge glob in the middle of the cup and it tasted gross. Tried calling a manager DND there wasn't one to mention it too.
