Foods great as always but staffing on tonight was horrible minus one or two of them. Majority of them could be heard talking about inappropriate things with children present including lots of swearing.
After purchasing two peanut buster parfaits at the drive through window, I was asked to pull forward and my order would be out momentarily. 25 minutes later I received my two parfaits. One was missing peanuts. The second one was totally melted. Wasn’t given a reason for the lengthy delay by staff, so I took the liberty of asking. I was told problem with fudge machine. I wasted enough of my time and money for the day otherwise I’d have insisted on both my parfaits be remade. SMH should have just driven to St John Dairy Queen.
The service has been going downhill lately. It takes longer and everytime I get a blizzard, it's done so half ass. Either they put too much chocolate syrup in with little to maybe a teaspoon of candy in it, or they have enough syrup and like a teaspoon of candy in it. I get that teens are working most of the jobs but come on. If I'm already paying $7 for a large blizzard, can you at least make it right? And not hand me ice cream that was made with a "i don't give a **** attitude" to find out it was made that way by the time ... read more
It was very busy. We went inside. There was no one taking orders inside. We left without treats.
