Closed lobby earlier than what is posted. Highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
On “free cone” day, they would not give to me in the drive-thru and very rude when I asked about the $1 dip for the donation. I was going to purchase other food but decided not to and left. I will not go back here for anything….there were NO rules regarding how to pick up the “free cone”, very stupid that you had to walk inside!
It’s baffling how we were told that they are sold out of cones today. You would think as a business that if you are promoting a free cone day, they would’ve prepared for the influx of people. Unacceptable!
Won't be giving them anymore money. Terrible service. Girl in the drive through was nasty tonight. 3/14/26. Didn't respond to anyone and left them sitting at the speaker, then when I got up there she mean and disrespectful. Never again. Fries were as cold as the employees, food was mediocre. Not paying this much for people to be treated like a POS!
