I was sick of getting bad service, messed up food orders and cold food from several of the fast food places in the Union Cross area. So, I decide to try Dairy Queen. Worked all day, busy, tired, and hungry. I ordered a number 9 with a sprite on 1/9/26. Yes I'm mentioning the date, because I want you, your bosses to know exactly when I bought something there, if anyone cares. Best DQ in the region. We live in Virginia but any time we are in the area, we make a special trip to this DQ. Nice people and consistent high quality
This used to be a good place to go. Last few experiences have not been great. Drive thru employee apparently can't count and give correct items. Went in to have it fixed and employee at the register and drive thru wanted to argue and accuse me of lying. Probably would have been easy to go back and check the camera to see their mistake. Instead they chose to call me a liar. I have no reason to lie over a $3.99 blizzard! New employers are definitely needed at this location! Sundays are a 5 star all the way but if you go weekdays evenings its pathetic!
