We just got sundae
Gentleman was very rude about a coupon I had .was with my daughter, no body was there and it was unnecessary and I did have the coupon ha but got to love the Blizzards so theyll probably keep my business.
Don’t be expected to see smiling faces or helpful individuals when you walk into the store. While the issue that I had regarding a gift card was not directly their problem their lack of ability to even answer basic questions to help me figure out how I could get my situation fixed. The staff was very rude not engaging to do yourself a favor. Don’t bother going here. But after calling to teach you, Customer Service number I can understand where they get their personality from an inability to help
Owner rude as can be. Every time we’ve ever been to any other DQ they will hold the sundae for you until your meal is completed. Owner would not, when asked why? He couldn’t give an answer. Ultimately he just didn’t want to. I asked if we are just supposed to eat melted ice cream and he said yes I suppose so. Health score has dropped significantly as well. Would not recommend!
