DQ is my favorite all time fast food restaurant some of my earliest memories with my grandma getting me a burger an ice cream over 40 years ago. This DQ did not disappoint there food was hot and delicious an the ice cream was awesome just as I remembered it. Over all a great place . Just wish I could find one closer to Greensboro.
Went there for the free cone and wanted my cone dipped. With my dollar in hand, the cashier rudely cut me off and told me they don’t dip the free cones. Not only was the serving size smaller than the regular small, I believe he did a disservice to the charity by not mentioning or accepting the dollar. The environment seemed hostile as soon as I walked in. It was 2 in the afternoon and maybe they just got through a rush, but it doesn’t excuse the behavior.
I went here with my husband and we ate the food which was good, but when we went to get ice cream a hot fudge sundae - my husband was told that they are only allowed to put one topping on so what we ended up with was ice cream and hot fudge no whipped cream and no nuts. That is not a hot fudge sundae without the nuts and whipped cream!!!!!! Come on Dairy Queen, you can do better than that!!!!!
We frequent this location and came for FREE cone day at 7:30pm. We were told free cones were no longer being served. That we must pay for our cone despite ice cream still being available. We promised our child ice cream so of course we paid, as did many customers.
