We placed a mobile order at approximately 12:15 a.m. and drove to the restaurant specifically to pick it up. We arrived at approximately 12:35 a.m., at which point the restaurant appeared to be closed despite the location supposedly remaining open for roughly another 30 minutes. I walked past the location last night. They are finally showing some signs of construction happening. (some piles of dirt and pipe on the property)The City of Portland is taking forever to approve the permits. Everyone in the neighborhood wants it back.
