I walked past the location last night. They are finally showing some signs of construction happening. (some piles of dirt and pipe on the property)The City of Portland is taking forever to approve the permits. Everyone in the neighborhood wants it back.
Remove this listing. This place is gone and never coming back

So when this place existed it was was great but I don’t understand why it’s on google maps now. From my understanding they demolished it to renovate and add interior seating but then coronavirus ruined the plans and they lost funding. This place was a great community spot and I just hope that it will eventually be rebuilt.
