old man owner is very expressive/hostile
Clean location with attentive staff
The workers were great like very friendly and kind, blizzards are a staple and amazing as well as cakes and all other food items are alright. HOWEVER the owner is a very unhappy, angry, weird, horrible person with a sad look on his face. The workers look like they hate there job and the owner. Overall bad experience
staff is rude throws the money at you from drive thru have lots of additude not to mention there is chunks of chocolate in my blizzard
The older lady working at the counter today showed rude behavior and didn’t communicate properly with customers or delivery drivers. Her tone was unprofessional, and it made the experience uncomfortable. Please look into this and ensure better customer service
