Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered a confetti cake blizzard and told the employee my girlfriend had a severe peanut allergy, they said it would be handled properly. The FIRST BITE my girlfriend took had a peanut it, causing us to have to pull over, call an ambulance and spend the night in the ER.
We redeemed an offer for an $0.85 blizzard in the app and it gave us a code to show to the team member to get our discount. When we showed them the code they got very confused and told us that they had no way to enter the code even though I had just been through earlier in the day with another offer that worked. It did seem like this was an issue that corporate needed to correct, but the service we received from this location was awful.
