Just went to the location on Maryland St in Decatur, IL and ordered 2 Blizzards. My husband ordered a Reese’s and I ordered a Chocolate Strawberry, neither of which we were given. We got home and my husband’s Blizzard was an Oreo and mine had Brownie pieces in it. I have Celiac’s Disease, so when I bit into the first brownie bite, I immediately spit it out. I’m very disappointed in our service and will have a hard time trusting this location again.
You can always expect a wait here. Came today and ordered a flamethrower with no tomato. I got a bacon deluxe with everything... including tomato. Didn't have the blizzard I wanted. I had to wait to recieve cold food. And to top it off, one of our two blizzards had about 1/3 of the cup empty.
When my mother got to the window to get our two small bizards, she asked them if they were going turn them upside down to show that they were thick or not like what was advertised on the sign. But instead the girl at the window laughed it off and said no. By the time we were home, they were very soupy.
Placed an order online. When my husband picked it up and brought it home, there was no drink and the burger was not what I ordered. I called to let them know he would be bringing it back and pick up the actual order placed online. The staff member was EXTREMELY rude and said it was my husbands fault. When trying to explain he didn't know what I ordered she got even worse. I am asking for a refund as it is not what I ordered and due to the hateful staff, we will not be returning to this location.
