Lady working drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her name was Cheyenne.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Blizzard and a bag of Dilly Bars. I was told if they sold me a bag of Dilly Bars, they wouldn’t have enough for the rest of the night, 🤔 really? Why aren’t you selling what you have? What if no one wants a Dilly Bar the rest of the night? (It was 8:30 PM when I was there). So, you lost a guaranteed sale and I went to Kreckels and bought a bag of Billy Bars from them.
I came in on my lunch hour and was dispointed by the staff and lack of attentiveness. I stood in line for several moments behind one gentleman. I watched several staff members walking around and while I understand they have secondary duties, not one of them acknowledged me. Not a smile, not "we'll be right with you." Nothing! Poorly managed. Lots of workers standing around. One was putting up his greasy hair in a pony tail. Did not go and wash hands. Orders were not correct and very slow
