Don’t go here everytime I come here it’s no hey how you doing ? They make you wait 30 mins before even saying anything.. They need more workers the service absolutely suck
This fastest I have ever got service there was today. We went in just for some ice cream. The drive through line was long so we went inside. Got fast friendly service in and out in no time. Ice cream is always good. 👍
Just went to the location on Maryland St in Decatur, IL and ordered 2 Blizzards. My husband ordered a Reese’s and I ordered a Chocolate Strawberry, neither of which we were given. We got home and my husband’s Blizzard was an Oreo and mine had Brownie pieces in it. I have Celiac’s Disease, so when I bit into the first brownie bite, I immediately spit it out. I’m very disappointed in our service and will have a hard time trusting this location again.
You can always expect a wait here. Came today and ordered a flamethrower with no tomato. I got a bacon deluxe with everything... including tomato. Didn't have the blizzard I wanted. I had to wait to recieve cold food. And to top it off, one of our two blizzards had about 1/3 of the cup empty.
