my experience here with staff was awful. i came inside & noticed 3 employees. one decorating a cake kept telling me to hold on, BUT was quick to take orders thru the drive thru, one was playing on their phone in the work station & the third kept walking by me - we made eye contact, but no words spoken. i’ve never felt so ignored in a public setting in my life. get it together DQ.
Terrible customer service. I went back up to the counter to let them know they forgot to give me something I ordered. I waited for over 5 minutes while staff just walked past me looking at me like I was stupid, no one ever asked me what I needed or if they could help me. So rude.
