I came here about a month ago and completely forgot to write my review. Now, I'm a people pleaser, and I normally try to give food service employees the benefit of the dout (I've also worked a a DQ for 4 years, 2016-2020), but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. First off, the lady taking my order in drive thru clearly was not listening very well when my fiance and I were ordering. Close time is 10pm drove up @ 8:20pm. Rude toothless persona approached my window while I was in the drive through line. And accused me of driving around his truck, which meant his drive through is closed. No greeting or anything or reason why ur just closing 1 1/2 hrs early. Management should do way better.
Great food and service. Clean and friendly
I'm so disappointed with the Depere Dairy Queen. I pulled up in the drivethru on Friday night March 14 at 9:45 and sat there for 5 mins and noone came, but there were employees inside. I then tried to call, but noone answered. And as I sat there a girl looked right at me as she was on her phone. If you say you're still open you need to wait on customers and not close early, so I will not be returning to this store. Kids now a days have no clue, so I think you need better employees that actually want to work.
