Customer service goes a long way, if I’m a regular customer and you mess my meal up one time and I come tell the manager and it’s swept under the rug like it didn’t matter.
Ordered a red velvet blizzard and got normal brownies instead of the actual red velvet ones, seems like they don’t like going by the book

The men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting pee all over the sides of the toilet "you can tell just by looking at the toilet that it doesn't get cleaned " also the sink is disgusting as well
