Placed a mobile order for a mini mixing bowl mashup blizzard with brownie pieces instead of the cookie dough. The person who made it referred to it as a chocolate brownie extreme when they put it in the mobile order area, which is a different blizzard than what I ordered but had my name on it, and when I questioned it to the other guy working at the counter he told me that’s what I ordered. Really friendly service at this location, and I enjoyed the Superman Blizzard I got.
Not only did they forget half of my food and blame it on me, but it was also very clearly microwaved, and tasted disgusting. They also didn't even get my order right. This place needs to stick with ice cream, if they could even do that right.
