They got my order wrong and their misty machine never works.
The place looks run down. My son said it looked like a 3rd world DQ. The food took forever also. The people were friendly. The bathroom was awful too. The fries were so soggy and wasn’t hardly any in the box with the chicken strips. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs an upgrade.
Talk about "shrinkflation" smh less food than a couple of years ago and a lot more expensive!
The ladies working at this restaurant were very rude today. The lady in the grey shirt (I’m assuming the manager) snatched a blizzard from my hand after we told her that we would like to exchange it for a different flavor. The one in the red shirt was also rude after I asked her what was the other lady’s name and told her what she had done to me. Seems as if she has the staff following in her negative footsteps.
