We tried to order 3 different items on the menu. For each of those 3 at least one ingredient was out of stock. Therefore, we were unable to get what we wanted and had to change to other items. Also, the attendant at the drive-through was very unfriendly.
Waited in the drive through for 8 minutes. Was told to wait with no explanation. We were the only customers there and all I wanted was an ice cream cone. Last time I was here (about a year ago) I was flipped off by an employee just because I drive a Tesla. I was hoping it would be a better experience but it was honestly worse because at least I got ice cream last time.
Not even ready to serve food 20 minutes after open. I showed up and they told me their fryers weren't warmed up. Shouldn't you be able to serve your full menu once you're open?
