Took our order, blizzards came out quick but forgot about our meal for 20 minutes until I came and talked to them. Disrespectful and unprofessional.
Made my food wrong ans gave me the wrong food to eat as well as made me the correct order. Great management
Free cone day. Lady said we needed the app at the speaker so we downloaded the app but when we got to the window she said we had needed to have it for 24hrs prior ... The poster they advertised said "no strings attached" but alright, no cones for us.
Free cone day advertised. You come in and you needed the app on your phone for 8 hours. Complete scam to get you in the door. I would give it zero stars. Thanks for nothing.
Got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with chocolate chunks. They were nice enough to put one piece of cheesecake and one chocolate chunk in the entire thing. What an absolute rip off.
