Found dozens of fruit flies in my soda. They would NOT do a refund over the phone so I had to take time out of my work day and use my gas to go back to the restaurant to get a refund. I can handle eating a few bugs but it’s the principle. If the district manager hadn’t have happened to be in there eating lunch, I wouldn’t have gotten the resolution I desired, just some coupons. Wasn’t even going to post a review or picture but they made me drive in for the frickin refund so I don’t care anymore.
Came with a surprise 🫢 bad as McDonald's now.

Medium hot fudge sundae came with a small ring of fudge around the outside and none on top. I paid .79 cents for barely any whipped cream. Embarrassing experience. I could have paid the same and drove to the local Dairy hill and paid the same and had a great experience. Absolutely worst time at a dq. Wish I could post a picture because it’s almost funny how sad it was.
