Update: After posting this review the owner reached out personally to address the issues I experienced. She let me know that they basically had all new staff that were still learning. She assured me that the issue with the temperature and the warmer not working properly would be fixed immediately and agreed it is a food safety concern. She was very nice, understanding, and seemed as concerned as I was. While I may not be back soon, I would consider giving this location another shot in the future. It is honestly my bad for continuing to go here expecting a better result. We eat here only every couple of weeks when we feel like dealing with the wait. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone to this location they forget stuff. Last time I made the mistake of taking my family of 4 instead of just the 1-2 people that usually go. I order from the app before I even leave the house, and it was still like 30 minutes of me just standing at the counter. I got here every now and then and typically have a consistently good experience. I do not know if the most recent visit was a one off, or if management has changed. I picked up dinner for my son and I after a full day of work for me and a full day of respite for him. He's a big boy being closer to the height of a 13 yo instead of an 8 yo, and definitely eats like he's growing fast. He took on bite of his cheeseburger and immediately spit it out.
