My order was messed up when I got home. I called and was told to bring the receipt if I was coming in and I asked for some fresh food for my kid and my folks. At first they said they they wouldn't remake everything and then agreed, and still forgot a burger and game me the wrong order after I let them know which one I ordered. Quite inconvenient and irritating.
DQ is the best fast food burger joint, no question. Not the cheapest, but definitely a cut above the competition. Great food, good service, no waffle house atmosphere either. Recommended.
Slow Service, Cold Food We stopped in for a quick meal and were really disappointed. It took over 20 minutes just to get our order. When the food finally came out, our burgers and fries were completely cold. The Blizzards were fine, but you expect hot food to actually be hot, especially after such a long wait. Not a great experience.
