Ordered fries. Had to wait an age as no one in kitchen. Asked for a refund and told not able to give refunds. So left after 10 mins with no fries. A joke of a place run by kids.
Still has good blizzards..
This DQ experience was way better than the experience at the Ashburn location. I got the same type of Alaskan Fish Sandwich made and it was made perfect. I greatly appreciate the effort that was made for customer satisfaction. I will come back to this DQ again.
Food always comes out hot and quick. App sometimes not working properly for deals and promotions and the staff member (manager maybe) didn't seem interested in assisting. I was just told that they can't do anything about the app problems and dismissed. Place is usually clean however, they seem to have issues with the drink machine on more than one occasion. Overall a quick local go to area for food and decent prices.
