Ordering in advance is a joke. It took them over half an hour beyond to make my Togo pick up time and there were only 2 orders on the screen. Plus I told them at my pick up time (6:24) I was there for Togo. At 6:35 I asked about the order, and it was “lost”. The woman in the back called for a manager and was super unbothered and made zero effort to make the food at any pace beyond snail. It's Thursday 7/2/2026 5:44pm and it's 103degrees outside AND inside this location! I can only imagine what it's like working for whoever the leadership is, managing this store. The person who served me was really nice- not a manager. The people who are there running it, I had to restrain myself to not make a scene because I know the type, and use to work for the kind of people who are cheap, lead using fear, and are rude. Huge shoutout to Jesse and Richie! I had a specific request regarding a meal deal customization today and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Instead of just saying 'no,' they took the time to find a great solution and made sure I walked out completely satisfied. Their excellent customer service and flexibility really stood out!
