My favorite DQ in Markham, staff always provide excellent customer service and I love the Manga collection. Definitely would recommend this location over the one on main street.
Came here for the free cone day and initially had a smooth go through, with my dad and I with the older lady cashier who was fast and efficient. However my mother got a younger girl who not only scanned my mom’s phone coupon, but walked away and asked my mom to scan it again! Then she told my mom that it had already been scanned. She kept my mom standing at the cashier while serving other customers and saying the coupon has already been scanned.
