They will literally wait you out until you leave in the drive thru. You can see the employees inside, they can see you, the automated message plays when you pull up, they just ignore you until you leave.

So sad, I know we got there late, but if you work in customer service, it is imperative to have a good attitude. We were at the counter for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged with 4 individuals behind the counter. Noel, the supervisor, took our order, but she was not pleasant at all.
