It’s been a while since I’ve gone to this location and was reminded once again of why I don’t go here. To say I had horrible service is an understatement, both from the girl at the window and the manager.
I love Issaac, the chicken boy, he told us he doesn't make the chicken but i know better. Me and my boyfriend and his girlfriend and her girlfriend (my girlfriend) all went and we said, hi chicken boy, and he says "thats not my job, im the wiper boy" (i know better than issaac) and he made our dairy queen experience feel like someone shot me and i went to heaven (I didn't go to heaven it was a dairy Queen) 5 stars, would recommend issaac!!!
The service was fast and friendly. My order was correct and the food was tasty.
How do they not know what a pup cup is in this day and age? I told the kid Im happy to pay, I'm not asking for something for free. No. My 100lb Great Pyrennes was so disappointed. Don't hurt my precious dog's feelings and expect me to ever return. I'm sure you understand that when you give the same pat response to every negative review, you're simply checking a box. It comes off as patronizing and dismissive. I had a legitimate, unambiguous issue.
