There was a bit of a delay with my drive thru order of a single medium Blizzard. When I received my order the server expressed her apology for the extended wait, and I was given a more than generous discount as compensation. This was unexpected and above and beyond customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again in the future. BTW, my Blizzard was delicious!!
Absolute incompetence at this location. We told them the order 3 times and they still got it wrong. 3 ice cream cones shouldn't be that hard to execute.
4 piece chicken basket combo with fries and drink - $18! I asked to substitute the drink for a shake and pay the difference. The casher charged me $9.29 for chicken w/fries, $6.00 for the shake and charged me for $2.00 for a medium drink! This was the second time I've been to this location. The food was sub-par and the price and service was atrocious. Save yourself, don't go to this location.
I went there and had a bad double blizzard experience. I asked for two blizzards (large)--as expensive as they are now you'd expect it to be a great treat to eat. Unfortunately, there was a small amount of toppings as the blizzard was mostly just soft serve. I called the location, left a message...no response. I emailed the location, no response. DQ wrote me back said this was an independent location and they would document it but again, no response. I love DQ, I always will be a fan but I won't go back to this location sinc... read more
