Rude teenagers work here and they will make you wait for no reason. They just don't want to help you... they also have no manners
I hit the drive through and ordered a blizzard. The wait time was abysmal and I would have just left but the drive through lane has a curb that prevents you from leaving. I was handed a melting cup of soft serve and told unenthusiastically to "have a nice night." I had somewhere to be and upon arriving we split the blizzard and discovered a miniscule amount of toppings.
Don’t order after 9:30 pm the store/drive thru will be closed and they will just be sitting in the lobby. I placed the order at 9:42, I ordered a small shake. I called the store this morning and the manager only really cared about giving me a refund. I used points so a refund doesn’t really matter… why were your employees sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the store closed. When I mentioned it was two employees her response was it should’ve been more than that…
There was a bit of a delay with my drive thru order of a single medium Blizzard. When I received my order the server expressed her apology for the extended wait, and I was given a more than generous discount as compensation. This was unexpected and above and beyond customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again in the future. BTW, my Blizzard was delicious!!
