We pulled into the drive-thru before 10 PM and were initially greeted and asked for our order. A few seconds later, someone else came on and said they were closed. When we mentioned that their posted hours said they were open until 10, she just said, “No, we’re closed,” and stuck to it—no explanation. It was frustrating, especially since their hours are clearly posted and we made it in time. I pulled up to the drive-through at literally 10:15 PM. They don’t close till 11 PM. Every Dairy Queen that I know of serves everything on the menu up into closing, this particular restaurant decides to shut The majority of everything down so they can close faster at 11 o’clock. That’s what I was told. I would understand if it was 1045 or 10:40 PM but it was literally 10:15 PM.
