After going through the drive-thru, the employee rushed my order and handed me my Blizzards without lids. As a result, they spilled all over my car before I even had a chance to enjoy them. I was disappointed with my recent visit. There was an issue with my order, and although it was acknowledged that it had not been handled correctly, no effort was made to resolve it. I understand mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated better customer service and a willingness to make things right.
Last night I went to this Dairy Queen for a small M&M blizzard which I have had in the past (it is my favorite there), I got home, I was eating it, and all of the sudden I started having an allergic reaction to the ice cream. I was confused because I’ve had this blizzard before and have never had this happen. Upon tasting this blizzard it tasted nutty which is weird as it is not supposed to have any nuts in it. Went thru drive thru. No waiting, very courteous, order was correct. Recommend the brownie cookie cup, it was delicious!
