My wife just went through the driver thru and your employee authorized a six dollar tip on her card for no reason. Im not sure who's working right now but there stealing money from your customers. There lucky she is telling me to leave it be.
Terrible!!! Food and service was not good. Keep giving them a chance but it gets worse each time. This time I had to repeat the order several times and they finally repeated it back correctly but when I got to the window it was not correct. It took an extremely long time to make everything. People behind me were honking and yelling at me. I was missing items and they had to go back and get it which took even longer. When I got home we had the smallest portion of fries ever. Took forever, got my order wrong. Employees didn't seem Sober
Came in with my family and was looking forward to some hot chicken strips and gravy and some ice cream. No one told us they were out of gravy until the food was at our table. When we asked about getting a discount or refund since we wouldn't have ordered the chicken without gravy anyway, they said they couldn't do anything. There was no actual manager on site, no coupons to give, nothing. Left disappointed.
