Worst customer service I’ve experienced in awhile
This was terrible. My blizzard tasted like pineapple and I order a cookie doe blizzard. The bathroom smelled like death, and the staff were complete income poops.
We’ve been close to 300 different Dairy Queen’s in the last 4 years. We are HUGE DQ fans but this location has become the worst we have ever visited . The last several trips to the Gaylord location are more than disappointing. Always understaffed and unable to provide service desired. We do appreciate the one or two employees working but that’s not enough to provide a quality experience.
