Food was good but they messed up our order. We went inside and told them and they apologized and made it right.
Drive through on holiday weekend with only 1 vehicle in front took at least 5 minutes for 4 Blizzards for vehicle in front and two for us. Friendly service and excellent quality with a lot of candy in Blizzards.
Horribly untrained customer service. Bought two kids meals and one of the bags (that had the coupon for a free kids ice cream) ended up on the trash. When this was explained to the person running the register, she suggested we go look in the trash for it because she had to have a record of the coupon used for a free cone. We could not find the bag so we ended up having to pay for the cone. Absolutely pathetic, after having spent more than $20 on our meals. There is more standing around looking at one another than working.
