My husband and I decided to stop at the Dairy Queen on our way home to order 2 cones and a child size dish of ice cream. When we pulled up a truck was ALREADY WAITING at the pick up window. There were no other cars in line. We went to the speaker, placed our order and pulled up behind the truck. We waited. And waited and waited. The line grew behind us to about 6 - 7 more cars. A bit dirty and old.
Decided to stop in here to get some good food and I was refused a menu item due to shortness of staff. I don’t believe that is a reason to refuse service. Customers come in ready to pay for their food and it doesn’t come out of the staffs pocket. I’m highly disappointed in our youth simply losing money because they don’t wanna put in the extra work.
Long wait. The employees tried their best to multitask. Management needs to do something. A fast food is not fast. Put more employees to focus in each task. 2 stars for the service because of the long wait. Bathroom is super dirty. One toilet needs cleaning, stain pretty look awful.
On our visit 7-12-26 they were not sering food. No 'grill' in the Grill n Chill. Literally drove there for dinner, not good DQ.
