Service was not friendly. Cashier was combative. My chicken strip basket did not come with toast and my packaging was sloppy due to the young man at the counter throwing my condiments packages inside my box as he was on the courts. Very unprofessional.
I ordered a small Oreo and cheesecake blizzard tonight. We got about 10 minutes down the road and 6 bites in when I ended up with a pretty large piece of plastic in my mouth from the blizzard. I should have turned around but after a long day I just called to notify them of the issue. Took a bit for them to answer the phone. When they finally answered the guy was nice about it. They make a well blended Blizzard with toppings from the top to the bottom. I really enjoy coming here and have not had a bad experience. I recommend this DQ location and hope they keep up this quality. Thank you for your great service!
