We went to Dairy Queen to eat and I ordered a banana split blizzard. Well I could have drank it from a straw if I had wanted to. It was nothing like the blizzard I've been getting there. The boys always turn the cup upside down to show you how thick it is. They have also changed the cup sizes. So disappointing. I did notice that the 2 women who worked the drive thru were new as I have never seen them before. Not sure if I want to go back after this.
Ordered through the app and told the staff I had a pickup order. Waited 30 minutes while other people were receiving their food. Even saw a family waiting for service while the cashier was walking around ignoring us. The family had to call out to get someone to take their order. Rude and disrespectful
