The food is always made very well and consistent for a fast food place. I got the flame thrower combo and added a dipping sauce. I knew I would be charged for it when ordering. I also upsides to large. My meal was right at 17.00, with a very detailed receipt showing each upcharge and the sauce seperate. The manager couldn't explain why I was charged 2 times in different amounts for 1 dipping sauce, and didnt offer a solution. Just watch what you are paying for.
Great food and customer service. The manager actually took my order. He was very nice and polite. You can tell that he cares about his job. The crew deserve a big raise as they are short-staffed and overworked.
The food was so fresh and brought out so quickly! The staff was so friendly and patient as well. The restaurant was clean and organized. It was a great dining experience! Thank you! Editing to add: I highly recommend the caramel apple cheesecake blizzard. Oh my gosh. This is amazing.
The sign clearly says 10.99 for a box of silly bars, but the store does not honor that. They charged me 12.99 and said sorry the sign is wrong.
