It was HORRIBLE it took over 40 minutes for a 4 pc chicken basket the server was sassy although the person who FINALLY brought my food out was named Caleb Brown. He was very polite and down to earth and gave me an extra on my food. Everyone there was horrible with the sole exception of Caleb.
I don't know what is going on with this place. The last two times I stopped here, I've had the same issue. I order a Blizzard and there are no toppings put in the Blizzard. It's just ice cream in a cup. I've had to ask about it each time and there is just confusion behind the counter.
Apparently if you walk in and stand where they have the mobile order pick up sign it doesn’t mean anything. Kid at the counter took care of 3 other customers that walked in after me. The manager even helped some lady that walked in behind me with a messed up order looked at me and walked away.
They handled a large group well. Thanks!
This is our 3rd and final attempt to order from this location. We're done. Good luck.
