I genuinely do not not how incompetent the workers at this location could be, but I ordered 2 blizzards for delivery and it said it would be here in 20 minutes, it then proceeded to take 2 HOURS (I have yet to receive my food) and not a word of communication was sent. I called the store and was greeted with a very rude woman who clearly had no interest in helping me and simply said AND I QUOTE “the order is in my freezer”. alr so I ordered two blizzards a large Reese’s and a medium s’mores and I ordered it at 840pm its now 1003 and my blizzards are coming at 1030 and we called the place called the driver and everyone said the foods just been “sitting in the fridge” idk I’ve just never seen it take 2 hours to make a blizzard and drive 16 minutes down the road and give it to me.
Ordered 2, 4-piece chicken strips with French fries and Ranch & Honey Mustard dips. Went through drive thru and ate in car.
I had a great experience at this DQ location. I was served by Kylie and she went above and beyond for me, helping with my every need. I will be returning, hoping to see her again. Will recommend to friends!
