We were at the drive-through and the lady was talking to us saying you can look at our menu then we got done and then they started ignoring us and then we went to the window and they were looking at us and ignoring us still very very disrespectful so we left I would not go to this place zero stars for the service

I placed an order 8pm on Wed. Dec 17th and I made a big user error. The manager took it upon himself to fix it, knowing it was my fault. Had a smile on his face and was happy to make my order right(even as my fault). Great way to lead a team. Thank you to him and his crew!
Best DQ Staff and service in Montana! If having to choose between the two when visting Helena, I would highly recommend going to the 1700 Prospect Ave location.
