Good thing that this is the seasonal DQ, employees that were working the drive through, Aaliyah and another women on 7/15/26 were extremely disrespectful and refused to give us our total of our food after we had already paid. Then proceeds to make the drinks out of slushie ice and then charges two separate large drinks differently, by more than 2 dollars at that. Same two Dr pepper’s one at 1.00$ and another at 3.00$. Sad to see this establishment full of rude employees.

The front desk employee got 3 of our orders wrong, the restaurant was extremely dirty, and the peanut butter Sunday that I did not order gave me food poisoning. I will never be coming back.

Okay this is the last time taking my kids to a dairy queen in Helena. This location has the worst service in the world. They are inpatient and roll their eyes when you ask a question, yet can't answer any questions. The manager just watches and doesn't intervene when her employees are obviously incompetent.

Called this evening to confirm what time they close— they confirmed on the phone that they close at 11pm. We drove to this location and the lobby was closed, as was the drive through. We could see people inside cleaning but the closed over 45 minutes early despite confirming 15 minutes earlier by phone that they were open until 11pm. It’s a summertime Saturday night.. closing early is insane.
