Horrible experience ordering a cake at this location. Ordered a cake 2 days in advance and the staff member assured us it would be ready for pick up on the day we needed it. We went to pick up the cake and they had no idea what order we were asking about/picking up. I don’t even think they wrote the order down. Very upsetting we showed up and I didn’t get the custom cake I ordered. We were sent to various DQ locations around town to find an ice cream cake they said they had ready for us. If I could give this location a negative rating I would. This has been multiple times that the employees have been disrespectful, liars and have shown a careless attitude towards customers. They feel entitled and act as though their job of fixing their mistake is somehow a burden and wasting their time. I ordered pretzels. The cheese was missing so I went inside and asked for cheese.
