First time ordering through the app and visiting this location. Things didn’t go so well, we ordered 2 combo meals and a banana split. They didn’t give us any drinks or fries and the onion rings that we ordered. Just 2 burgers and the banana split.and some attitude from the employee, I didn’t push the issue. The burgers were good, too bad I spent $30 for them. With this being said I will just go somewhere else to eat next time I get take out.
Went on Friday evening, May 8th, and had a good experience. Employee acknowledged me at drive through letting me know it would be a minute. She communicated well, got my food and order correct and seemed to be working efficiently. A nice experience.
Everytime I go to this place they some how mess up the simplest of orders...
Avoid the headache and go elsewhere, worst Dairy Queen in town. Ordered on mobile app. Got in to get a dipped cone. Told sorry we ran out about a week ago. Can I get my money back I asked. Sorry you will have to come back for that too. I will call the company to get a return. It should have been updated on the app Update: decided to give another chance.
