Worst service. Order taker got it all wrong and I ended up paying almost $20.00 for a chili cheese hotdog , a very small fry, a soft drink. Ridiculous! That’s not what ordered. DQ use to be my favorite but now it’s on the back burner!
I bought a medium size cheesecake strawberry blizzard yesterday. The cost was 7.01 I got a little over one half of cup with vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate (fake chocolate) pieces in it. If I had not had to be some where I would have taken it back!! AWFUL & A RIP OFF!! I used to go there almost every day before covid and it was always wonderful!! I don't know who's in charge but they are not running the show unless it's a circus
Dairy Queen is running a special for a $0.85 blizzard after at least a $1.00 purchase but must be through the app. So I opened the app and right there it tells of the special and below it says order now. So I selected order now but there is nothing showing the special. I went ahead and placed the app order figuring it would be sorted out when we went to pick up the order. Wow! Was I wrong! their bathrooms are trashy and nasty, on free cone day (march 20th) today. we tried getting a free cone but couldnt because they didnt have anymore small cones, how do you not have enough? their tables were broke and food/trash all in the floor. 🤢🤢
