visited fiest time the chocolate dip cone wa given small then came next day morning and received correct size cone with correct ice cream. I think some stuff is not aware of the sizing potions rest it’s amazing taste and love it 🤤
What made our experience so nice was the young lady at the counter! This young lady said hello as soon as we walked in. And she said with sincerity! I did not catch her name but we were there between 8:45 pm and 9:00 pm. They closed our DQ on Sahara and Richfield. So we chose to go to The Spencer location. It was absolutely worth the trip. This young lady is an excellent DQ Representative! Thank You so much for having her at your location. I hope that you know what DQ Rep I am referring to. Excellent Customer Service Skills!
The worst DQ place same people when going through the drive thru No customer service what so ever I ask a question and you give me thumbs up and not even look at me to answer my question disrespectful and rude. Ice cream sucks melted everywhere and when asking for a napkin you just had me the other blizzard while my hands are sticky no common sense. This generation has no idea what customer satisfaction is about. Never going back and someone should really put that DQ in check!! Seriously
