Watch out, they are now adding a tip to your total without confirmation! The manager on duty will try and get mad when asking for a refund, just make them refund in cash. Pretty slimey practice to allow a customer to pay, then let them know about a tip charge. Should be a confirmation that the customer must "confirm" beforehand right? Why is this allowed?
got ice cream at the location. the server got one of the orders wrong and was completely muffled the entire time so you couldn’t hear them.
I love DQ, but this location just let me know at 7pm that they were "out of gravy for tonight". They close at 11pm. The manager of this DQ has absolutely failed in training their staff and holding them accountable. This one is becoming worse than the one that closed (Eastern/Horizon) when this one opened.
I always take the time to give positive reviews when the service provided is outstanding. However, today I had a pretty frustrating experience at this DQ. One of the employees tried to give me the wrong ice cream order, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing it right away, he became very argumentative and dismissive. It honestly made the situation more stressful than it needed to be.
