I enjoy Dairy Queen for the most part. But the 2 locations on mckellips, especially the one near Higley really suck! Take Forever to make burgers
You have no handicap parking or ramp from parking lot to entrance. You come in and stand at counter waiting to at least be greeted or some kind of be with you in a moment. Instead you have 5 employees trying to work 1 drive through window. Should really work in customer service. Employees speak softly and make you repeat your self multiple times for a 3 item order. All customers should be treated the same. Drive through seems to be everyone’s main focuses these days and all customers should matter the same.
