Everybody working behind the counter seemed to be cheerful , which was nice!
Went to order a large birthday cake for my grandson and granddaughter. To take to my house(45min away). Asked if they could put it in a box and pack with ice. They refused, obviously we didn’t purchase the cake. Temperature outside was about 30c . Very disappointing. We have gotten cakes at other Dairy Queens and the store always were accommodating. Sylvan Lake was not, I personally will never set foot in that Dairy Queen again for anything. Time to change attitude. Must be nice to though business to the curb.
I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and they weren't even remotely hot they say they are flame broiled if they were they should be hot not cool I never had a shitty burger from Dairy Queen so I suggest don't waste your time here at Sylvan Lake Dairy Queen go to Red deer or Rocky mountain House Dairy Queen.
