Janelle the girl manager is terrible. Unwilling to fix mistakes the staff made. When the girl at the till brought it up to her she scoffed and wouldnt even try to make the order right. Unacceptable behavior.

Trash. Multiple times I’ve come in, ordered at the till, requested a customized blizzard and paid for all of the customizations only to get home and find that none of the customizations I paid for were done. When I brought it up to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do. I am not usually the one to complain, but the customer service here is awful. I’d rather drive into red deer.
