In drive thru Server was quite rude when asked why there was very little chocolate on the Sundae. Fries were half full. It’s one thing if there is policy but snapping at me for the question is a whole other issue. Will not be back.
We ordered blizzards, and they were NOT mixed at all. They looked like they just set the stuff on top of the ice cream and didn't even mix it together. That's not how you make a blizzard. 😪
I always love a Dairy Queen
I recently visited the DQ in Leduc and had a very disappointing experience. The cashier named Lou (based on my receipt) who took my order was extremely impatient and made me feel rushed while I was still deciding what to order. To make things worse, when I was trying to choose my food, the cashier actually said “my God,” which I found very rude and unprofessional.
