I had a really good experience at Dairy Queen thanks to Natalie. She was friendly right away and made the ordering process easy. It was a bit busy, but she stayed calm and didn’t rush me, which I appreciated. She also double-checked my order and everything came out exactly right. Nothing over the top, just solid, good customer service that you don’t always get. Overall, she made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely noticed the difference. I will definitely be returning to this Dairy Queen because of this service.
