Decided to overflow the blizzard so I have no option but to make a mess opening it.
The employees were rude and disrespectful. One of the employees handed me 2/3 items i ordered. They didn’t provide me a cup holder so I went to go put the 2 items in my car so I can grab the last item. When i walked back into the door I heard one of the employees call me “an idiot because i forgot my blizzard”. Another employee named Merna told that employee “stop talking he is right here”. I was shocked to hear employees talking so rudely about a customer.
Very friendly staff I deff would recommend to go check this place out and see Melinda she has great customer service!
Messed up my whole order. I asked for extra Oreo and got the regular amount, i ordered the brownie blizzard and asked for caramel instead of chocolate chunks. Why was there only brownie and ice cream in my cup. I’m usually not this petty but to drive home to see they forget most of my order and it’s 80 degrees. I’m compelled to write a review. Not to mention I paid Extra for the EXTRA that if didnt get.
