Hi. I went to the Laval DQ on des Laurentides the girl behind the cash said she will Not honour the coupons on the DQ app. They don’t have the scanner. But I said you could enter the code manually. NOPE NOPE it’s only the United States. Last time at DQ for me. If the places cannot honour the DQ coupons, then why go there? Very disappointing I’ll get my ice cream elsewhere….. they just lost ANOTHER Dis-satisfied customer!!!!

DQ on Sheriff King Street SW in Calgary had the yuckyist bathroom ever. No toilet paper, sink not clean & a toilet that “barely” worked. No lid on the tank & the tank was old & dirty & only filled about half way so it took several minutes to 1/2 fill the tank. A person came out & said the toilet doesn’t work … and left a BM in there for me to witness. I told the young lady who worked there to share my concerns with her owner.

I purchased a box of Buster Bars at the Lansdowne St in Peterborough. As per the front of the box and past purchases, there usually is a couple of layers of fudge and nuts. Of the 6 items in the box NOT 1 had not even 1 layer of fudge, in fact there was NO fudge at all. In 2 items there was only 1 peanut in each. It's my VERY last purchase at DQ.

Caledonia store. Ordered 2 small dipped cones. They were so small. They’ve been getting smaller and smaller. Won’t be back to this location
