I went for an ice cream cone this afternoon and ordered a scoop in a sugar cone. The young man had me pay for it first, and then I was presented with a cone by a young woman, who was holding the cone in her bare hands, with no wrapper or napkin. Are you trying to make your customers sick? Would you eat food touched by someone's bare hands after they've handled money and trash?
