The guy taking our order was very polite. The guy that was giving us our order, tried to give us the wrong order plus not give us our food. When I said something, he got that look of irritated, kept shaking his head when making our blizzards. Didn't thank us or say anything when he had it all to us. Also, I wasn't happy not seeing the guys with beards have them covered up.
The attitude of certain employees are very negative and they were talking very inappropriately while making ice cream along with kicking people out in a manner that was very disrespectful and inappropriate!!!!
We ordered 2 dipped ice cream cones , 45 minutes later, what’s up? We’re having problems with our ice cream machine. Well… you couldn’t have let us know? Can we just have our money back yes, No apology no nothing pathetic service
