This is from a Lincoln City LOCAL RESIDENT Banana splits are the best right before bed. Tonight I stood outside for 10 mins waiting in the drive thru line due to the stupidity of closing the lobby at 7. The dudes that were working have no friendly customer service skills and no real work ethic. This is the 3rd time I've been here and each time its worse than the last visit. Pulled into this dairy queen and you cant access it with a wheelchair, the windows were beyond filthy and the atmosphere was filth. Passed on this place. So gross.....
Quality of customer service is poor. The cashier wasn't knowledgeable on menu items. Food was not heated up. The facilities and indoor dining are run down. Ordered a blizzard, and it was an inch of space from the top. Management needs to improve overall training for the team. Unable to scan for reward points as scanners were broken. Team member said, "Owner does not want to fix."
