Could have been better!
Guy working had amazing customer service and attitude. Looked like he was all alone in there, but had a smile on his face and a hussle in his step! Props, fast food service isn't easy, keep it up . Food was hot too 😋 much thanks
Literally pulled up and employees were sitting on the counters bored, and when we ordered a sundae and a blizzard it took them like 10-15 min to get it to the window and we were the only people at the restaurant! It's crazy wait times, idk maybe that's the norm for here, but I'm other places it's a bit faster
Long time customer of this DQ. The owner (out of town) only hires teenagers and gives them minimal training and no support. The food quality is poor, due to the equipment (not staff). Equipment is vintage and barely functional, especially the drive through speaker and grill. I feel so bad for the young staff who work there. The rush of tourist season and not being set up for success, leads to a crappy DQ experience. New management is needed asap. Get some better equipment and re-train so you can retain quality staff.
