I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s a terrible service. I want to take this moment and mention how pleasant the young man at the drive thru was. Food was fresh and ice cream was delicious. Customer service was a 10.
Customer service is terrible here! I would rather drive 30 mins on the other side of town than eat here again. Food tasted old and like it had been sitting for a long time. Reluctantly, we ordered ice cream for me and my family afterwards hoping it would be better. We had waiting 20 mins for 3 ice creams. Tried to redeem my free mini blizzard from T-mobile, but the person at the counter said they don't participate in that deal. Lame. Guess I'll go to Andy's.
