The service always feels warm and genuine.
I just went through the. Drive thru and it wasn't busy, it's been awhile since I supported this business. After speaking to the drive thru employee, decided to upgrade my 4 piece chicken meal to 6 piece. When I made it to work, realized they only gave me 4 piece with 6 piece price. They will be closed when I get off work. I tried to call but their voicemail is full and they won't answer. Check your order before you leave, don't trust that they will get it right. I lost food and money, not the thing to lose nowadays
They move like molasses in January, yawn when taking the order, ignore people who ask questions. Fire everyone, especially leadership. So so bad.
